Chef Terrie Kohl of Country Club Market in Clive will bring us the Best of Spring with a Refreshing White Gazpacho, Composed Salad of Grilled & Marinated Flank Steak with thin-sliced Juicy Watermelon and Creamy Fresh Mozzarella, and a lovely Fresh Strawberry Meringue Torte for dessert!

You can don an apron and be her sous chef or just sit back, relax, and enjoy the evening with your choice of wines pared just for this menu. $60 per person
includes appetizer, instruction and recipes, dinner, and beverage.

Ador Culinary Arts Class Payment/Cancellation Policy

Payment for classes is due upon receipt of invoice. If you need to cancel your
reservation, please do so 72 hours prior to class. Cost of the class can be refunded or
transferred to another class. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations after the deadline;
however, you may send a replacement to fill your spot. In the rare event that we would
need to cancel a class, we will make every effort to reschedule the class. If that is not
possible, cost of the class can be refunded or transferred to another class.
